Product Description

A traditional tour guide system pushes the guide's voice to every listener, but it cannot carry anything back. The YingMi 008S is a full-duplex guide system on 2.4G wireless. One host links to a group of sub-units, so the guide can address everyone and any guest can ask for a direct two-way call. Each group has its own manual pairing and channel lock, so several tours can run in the same venue without audio crossing over. For operators, that means one system for guided tours, Q&A, and team coordination.

  • Interactive Guiding: Group broadcast with two-way calls
  • Low Latency: As low as 20 ms
  • Multi-Group Ready: Manual pairing + channel lock
  • Clear Voice: ENC dual-mic noise reduction
  • Easy Operation: All-in-one headset, about 10 hours per charge

Noisy sites make the guide hard to hear ENC dual-mic noise reduction filters background noise at the source
Staff time is spent explaining equipment to every visitor One-button power, volume, pairing and call request on an all-in-one headset

Key Features

Group broadcast and two-way calls

The host broadcasts to all sub-units at once. To ask a question, a guest double-presses the call-request button. The guide double-presses the confirm button to accept (one beep) and again to end the call (two beeps).

2.4G wireless with 20 ms latency

The system works on the 2.4G band with latency as low as 20 ms and an open-field range of 100 m. Receiver sensitivity is below −90 dBm and RF output power is 20 dBm. In real venues, walls and obstacles will reduce the range, so we recommend a site test.

Channel lock for multi-group venues

Pair the host and sub-units manually, then short-press the lock button on the host once. The connection channel is closed to outside signals, which reduces crosstalk between groups.

ENC dual-mic noise reduction

Two microphones and environmental noise cancellation work together. System distortion is below 1%, maximum input is 110 dB SPL, and output is 100 dB.

All-in-one headset

Earcup, microphone and control buttons are in one unit, with no cables to plug in. Volume has six levels, with short press for one step and long press for continuous change.

Battery and charging

Built-in 500 mAh lithium battery, about 10 hours of continuous use. Charges over Type-C at 5V/0.5A in about 2.5 hours. The indicator is red while charging and green when full.

  3. Short-press the lock button on the host once to lock the channel.
  4. Use the call-request and confirm buttons for two-way calls during the tour.
  5. Charge by Type-C after use.

FAQ

What is the difference between the 008S and a one-way tour guide system?

A one-way system only sends the guide's voice to listeners. The 008S is full-duplex, so a guest can request a call and talk back to the guide once the guide accepts.

Can several groups use the 008S in the same venue?

Yes. Each group pairs its own host and sub-units manually, and the host's channel lock closes the connection channel to reduce interference between groups.

What range can I expect?

Up to 100 m in an open environment. Walls and other obstacles reduce it, so test in the real venue.

Is the 008S suitable for noisy places?

It has ENC dual-mic noise reduction, which filters background noise, so it suits places such as factory floors and outdoor sites.

How long does one charge last?

About 10 hours of continuous use. A full charge over Type-C takes about 2.5 hours.

Do visitors need instructions to use it?

Very little. Power, volume, pairing and call request are single-button operations on an all-in-one headset.
