Jingzhou Museum — Multi-Channel Zone-Based Guiding System

Background
Jingzhou Museum needed a way to guide multiple visitor groups through different exhibition zones at the same time, without narration from one group overlapping or interfering with another — while still allowing staff to switch flexibly between live commentary and pre-recorded audio depending on the audience.

Solution
YingMi supplied a multi-channel zone broadcast guiding system. Each docent wears a wireless microphone paired with a control/playback host. As the docent enters a given exhibition zone, the host automatically connects to that zone's players, so narration is heard only by visitors within the corresponding area.

Operation
Docents can lead grouped tours with live, real-time commentary as they move through the museum, or switch to on-demand audio playback for self-guided segments — adapting easily to both general visitor groups and VIP delegations.

Outcome
The system gave the museum a more flexible reception process for varied visitor types, while reducing the need for additional on-site staff to manage multiple simultaneous tours.
